Further to the others, you could get an angle grinder with diamond
wheel and shamfer the projecting concrete off at whatever angle takes
your fancy. It would need to be done carefully for a neat appearance.
You do need a little bump up to keep the rain out as someone said and/
or a slot drain if the driveway slopes towards you garage.
