No water pressure cold and hot downstairs!! Help1

Hi

I have no water pressure downstairs in my kitchen sink. There are 2 stop cocks which I have checked and they are fully opened....he water pressure upstairs is ok and the hot water works.
Checked with the neighbours and their water pressure is fine.
Dont know what to do next, takes 10 mins to fill the kettle to do the washing up!
Cant afford much so hoping it will be something I can try and do myself.....

Any ideas???
