We put mains voltage downlighters in our bathroom and kitchen and bought the GU10 78 led bulbs. 3 out of 9 bulbs have already blown and another one is half lit up and the other half flickers on and of occasionally.
Everything has been checked and the wiring to the downlighters is fine. Could the bulbs be faulty. I don't want to keep buying them if they are going to keep blowing.
Could someone recommend any other led's that might be better?
These ones were cool white and about 3 or 4 watts each

Hello, 1 main problem with downlight bulbs blowing is due to cheap bulbs. what make are you using?
Another problem is a short or even powersurge.
