Hi,

I have had the plumber in today to fit an Astracast Alto sink, the waste
is now in the middle of the kitchen cupboard, and so the bin doen't fit. The
current waste stack has the overflow connection and then a washing machine
connector above the trap. Is it possable to get 90 degree elbows so that
there is a horizontal run directly under the sink before the trap?

Yes. Have a look on the B+Q website for reference '5016182121889'.
