Hi, I was hoping if someone can help.

I am planning to build an extention in back garden and needed some help. Which extension is better bricks or insulated blocks? We need to make sure that this needs to be warn enough to stay there all day.

Also does the type of extension (brick or block) have any effect on the enhanced price of the property? ie does brick apreicate the price of the property higher than blocks?

Any help will be appreciated.

It is usual to follow what you already have for planning issues. If you already have brick then stay with it.
