It is a three step process:

1. Buyers of same/similar items form a CLUB.
2. Invite sellers to bid on the club items - A REVERSE AUCTION.
3. Once the sellers bid, the moderator NEGOTIATES with the sellers for
a better price.

A new website with these features is being launched on 1/29/2008.
