Hi

Am new to this site. I am looking for some advice. I live in a mid terrace house with an alleyway that I own running down the side to the rear garden. My neighbour has right of access over through the alleyway to their rear garden. We are looking to buy the right of access from them and wondered if anyone had any ideas on how to calculate what a fair price would be. As we own the land we are only looking to buy their right of access. I have thought of asking a local estate agent for their views.
